It wasn’t necessarily a binge, but it wasn’t good. Doritos and pizza :’(
I will work out tomorrow. OHH! I have news! My mother is bringing me to a dietitian so I can curb my eating problems. Plus, dietetics is my major so I’m going in to talk to someone about their specialty :) I’m exciteeeeeddddddd! xoxo

I'm sorry I haven't been posting in a while :(
I just started working at summer camp and it’s already consuming 100% of my energy /: lol. I’ve still managed to make it to the gym at night, and today I was there for an hour and half for a body pump class then a little bit of cardio. (: I feel absolutely wonderful tonight! Good luck with everything you’re trying to accomplish!! xoxo

I went to the gym, did my weights, then when I started doing abs, I started getting really bad period cramps!! I’m so upset, I couldn’t stay to do cardio because I was in so much pain. So, I only got an hour of weights. ):

Today wasn’t so great, either ): I started out with some whole grain cereal, then some soup, some dark chocolate, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds, some pita chips, a white chocolate thingy my aunt gave me, half a turkey burger and some pasta. I just really need to learn when to stop eating, because I always think I’m still hungry, then I eat more, making me super full. I need to teach...

I just don’t get why I can’t seem to stick to my diet! Once a week I completely break down! Once in a while is fine, but it can’t keep happening once a week. Ugh, I hate how I get so mad at myself, but it just happens because I always make bad decisions on the weekends. ):
